These terms govern your use of visiongroup.nyc and the branding, design, and marketing services provided by VisionGroup.

Services

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in the written estimate, quote, or proposal we provide. Work begins once a quote is approved.

Payment

Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.

SMS & WhatsApp Messaging Terms

• Program description: VisionGroup sends follow-up and customer-care messages (callback scheduling, proposal updates, project status) to people who contacted us or gave us their number.
• Opt-in: You opt in by submitting the contact form on visiongroup.nyc, requesting a callback or proposal, or providing your mobile number to us directly.
• Message frequency: Varies; typically only in response to your enquiry or active project.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. VisionGroup does not charge for messages.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation message and nothing further.
• Help: Reply HELP or email dj@visiongroup.nyc.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

Intellectual Property

Final approved deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. VisionGroup may display completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the project giving rise to the claim.
